Agreement between Client and Z Productions, LLC.
Video and event production services are defined in each project proposal. Scope changes require written approval.
Invoices are due on receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Client retains ownership of approved final deliverables. Z Productions, LLC retains rights to proprietary workflows, templates, and internal production systems.
Z Productions, LLC is not liable for delays or losses caused by venue restrictions, platform policy changes, or third-party service interruptions.
